I'm so stressed these days, I cry at anything.
It's Ok to be emotional some of the time. I put in 40 hours a week studying and seeing patients and then another 10-15h a week at home catching up my notes and working on my Master's essay.
Those last 5 months ... wow! I learned A LOT but I'm probably burned-out, in a fortunate manner (I don't know how!) without sleeping problems! I'm doing some physical activity and I try to have at least *half* week-end every week. It's an insane schedule!
The thought of seeing patients completely on my own ... it's very hard! Made me a little (not, a LOT!) jittery! I still have 4 weeks (still? OMG, 4 weeks? ALREADY??). I really want to improve my clinical skills. I'm on my way but **too slow** according to my supervisor.
and ... When I know if I passed? ONLY at JULY, 9th! Unbelievable!
Last week I was freaking out, every day was a nightmare ... I confess, I'm not 100% confident, I have good and bad days, sometimes I fell very smart, sometimes very stupid ...

Yeah, baby!
Sun, sea, beaches, good food, a lot of fun ... a relaxing week after this crazy period! Either to celebrate or to recompose myself and be ready for the next battle (work on September or doing a complementary 10-weeks NP internship).
I have 4 weeks, what can I do?
Work hard.
Improve my skills.
Show them what I'm capable of!

Sim, vc merece uns bons momentos de relax. Mesmo sendo de batalhas que se vive a vida, tbm temos que nos permitir recarregar as armas para dars eguencia nas conquistas...
