Se détendre, relâcher, apaiser le stress, en pratiquant une activité relaxante. Essayer le yoga, faire le vide, respirer profondément, méditer. Si les exercices respiratoires peuvent aider les athlètes professionnels, sûrement pourront nous aider à passer à travers ces épreuves qui nous font grandir.
